Pursuant to Rule 3.5 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public meeting of the Commission is scheduled for Tuesday, December 2, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in the St. Amands Room #1 of the Ritz Carlton in Sarasota, Florida and is expected to last approximately thirty minutes. The purpose of the public meeting is for the Commission to conduct the business detailed in the following agenda:
