Defense Acquisition Deskbook (CD-ROM)
Provides acquisition information for all DoD components. Includes the full-text to the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, and Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force documents.
Dissertation Abstracts, 1861 - 1996 (CD-ROM)

DTIC's STINET Database
The Technical Reports bibliographic database on  is a collection of approximately 1.8 million citations to publicly releasable technical reports and products. The database includes theses, monographs, and papers, produced by the Army War College, Air War College, Air Command and Staff College, SAS, Naval War College, Naval Post Graduate School, NDU Schools, etc., some After Action Reports & Lessons Learned from WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and Final Reports produced by DOD and Government Agencies. The full text of these reports may be stored in CARL, and if not, can be ordered from DTIC.

Joint Electronic Library (JEL) (CD-ROM)
The JEL CD-Rom is a collection of doctrinal publications and documents. Contains the electronic versions of the twelve collection indexes and guides included in the Making of U.S. Policy series. The series contains microfiche versions of 35,857 documents retrieved by the National Security Archive. The American Statistical Index (ASI) consists of citations to statistical data from U.S. government agencies. Statistical Reference Index (SRI) consists of citations to statistical data gathered by leading American sources such as associations, university research centers, businesses, and state government agencies. United Nations Documents (CD-ROM)
Citations to UN documents and publications. Contains references to the official records, documents, mimeographed items, and periodicals published by the UN. Full-text of documents is available in a microfiche collection stored in the Microforms Room. Index covers 1990- 1995. Microfiche includes documents from 1982 to 1995.

DA PAM 25-30: Consolidated Index to all U.S. Army Publications and Official Forms.
DA PAM 25-30 is issued quarterly by the U.S. Army Publications and Printing Command. The index is searchable by keyword, proponent, publication number, form number, national stock number,etc. Access is limited. Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC)

FIGHTSMART
(Obsolete)A collection of 80 FMFMs and selected references that represent the collective, written doctrine of the Marine Corps. FIGHTSMART is aimed at helping Marine Corps operational planners, Commanders, students and end users to have better access to Marine Corps doctrine using the powerful capabilities of CD-Rom and Hypertext. No updates have been issued since July 4, 1991. Access is limited.
Lessons Learned Information Warehouse (LLIW)
The Aim of the LLIW is assist commanders and staffs in the planning and mounting of operations and the conduct of training. This is a prototype CD-Rom and is produced by the Army Lessons Learned Centre, Canada.
Marine Corps Lessons Learned (MCLLS)
The MCLLS CD-Rom provides Marine Corps operational planners, Commanders, students and end users with better access to Marine Corps publications using the powerful capabilities of CD-Rom and Hypertext. The MCLLS database contains a collection of Marine Corps and Navy Lessons Learned, a selection of newsletters from the Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL), Marine Corps Executive Summaries, and Marine Corps University Research Papers. Access is limited.
Medical Environmental Disease Intelligence and Countermeasures (MEDIC)
The MEDIC CD-ROM has been designed to meet the particular needs of medical planners and operational forces.  The MEDIC CD-ROM is produced by the Armed Forces Medical Intelligence Center,  Fort Detrick MD.  Access is limited.
Naval Logistics Library (NLL)
Produced by the Navy Supply Systems Command, this publication of NAVSUP PUB 600 on CD-Rom has been specifically designed to make logistics information more accessible to Navy and DOD personnel. The NLL is published three times a year. Access is limited
Naval Tactical Information Compendium (NTIC)
The NTIC CD-Rom contains the JULLS database, Naval Warfare Publications, and other related Navy and DOD publications. Access is limited.
Special Operations Forces Reference Manual
This CD-ROM reference manual is doctrinal based,  drawing from information and data from Joint, USSCOM and Service Publications.  Access is limited.
TRADOC Pam 25-30: TRADOC Administrative Publications on CD-ROM
A reference library of TRADOC administrative publications. This CD-Rom contains 25% of all TRADOC administrative publications. No updates have been issued since 1 June 1994. Access is limited.
