The Iowa Office, based in Des Moines, is responsible for the daily operations of 12 buildings and 69 leases located throughout the state of Iowa.

The most recent Tenant Satisfaction Survey indicates that 95 percent of tenants are satisfied with the services provided for them by the associates and contractors of the Iowa Office. The Iowa Office would like to thank each tenant for participating in the survey process. There will be another survey coming out in the near future.  The survey is the tool for tenants to communicate their observations to the Iowa Office -- this in turn helps improve the services provided to tenants.
