GSA's National Capital Region (NCR) Public Buildings Service (PBS) is responsible for satisfying the workspace needs of the federal community within the Greater Washington, DC metropolitan area. One way GSA provides agencies with high quality workspace solutions is by partnering with top-notch real estate, construction, brokerage and facilities management companies, A/E firms, and building owners.

Working together, multi-disciplinary PBS Service Centers, customer agencies, and industry partners collaborate to understand and translate customer needs into specific requirements and workspace solutions.
