The Report Property User Guide assists federal agencies in reporting no longer needed personal property to GSA via GSAXcess® (FEDS Interface). The Federal Disposal System (FEDS) User Guide is being updated to reflect the implementation of GSAXcess®, the new online customer interface to FEDS. It is recommended that until the revision of the FEDS User Guide is completed, authorized users should login and proceed directly to the "Report Property" function in the GSAXcess® "Menu" and click the "Help" button for assistance.
