TMSS is a dynamic system that will enable GSA customers to effectively and efficiently manage the entire transportation process.  A previous Interagency Transportation Management System (ITMS) user may utilize their existing ITMS User ID and Password to gain access to TMSS for the first time. TMSS will then prompt the user to update contact information, assign a new User ID, and allow creation of a password. 

If the user is a federal customer agency and does not have an existing ITMS User ID and Password, click on the link to "New Customer? Click here to Register" from the TMSS website.
