Welcome to SES SOARS!
This is the Senior Executive Service website of the
Senior Opportunity And Resume System (SOARS). This
system is designed to bring together career SES members
and agencies to fill the top leadership positions in
government. Career SES members, SES reinstatement
eligibles, and OPM-Certified Candidate Development Program
Graduates (CDP Grads) can post resumes and/or
view opportunities posted by agencies. Agencies
can post opportunities and/or view resumes.
SES SOARS represents a talent pool like none other,
an on-line meeting place for the top echelon of
government managers, executives, and HR directors. We
invite career SES Members, SES reinstatement eligibles,
and CDP Grads to register
and review all current postings, or post a resume. We
invite agency Human Resources Management staff to
register and review resumes
and/or post opportunities. This is YOUR chance
to SOAR!
