No FEAR Act EEO Reports



The 2002 Federal Employee Anti-Discrimination and Retaliation (No FEAR) Act requires U.S. government agencies to publish reports describing in detail the number and nature of discrimination complaints filed against them, and how the agencies are working to resolve them.
