The National Petroleum Technology Office (NTPO) is responsible for carrying out the National Petroleum Technology Program (NPTP). Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the NPTO manages programs in partnership with industry, universities, and national laboratories.
The mission of the NPTP is to move the United States toward a reliable, economic oil supply, enhance U.S. technological leadership, and protect the environment.
