USDA's Forest Service has updated its webpage for the Economic Action Programs, which includes a Products Conservation and Recycling program ("helps communities and businesses find new and expanded business opportunities based on forest resources"), a Market Development and Expansion Program, and the technology marketing unit of the Forest Products Laboratory. Most of these programs can be harnessed for the purposes of forest products recycling. The website is not that illuminating, but it does have contacts if you want more information. These programs together had about $8 million to give away in FY1999.
