This 40 minute guide explains the Authority's revised regulations concerning negotiability appeals proceedings in Part 2424 of the Authority's Regulations. These improved regulations feature conferences designed to narrow and clarify issues to be resolved; revision of procedures to enable the Authority, where appropriate, to resolve all aspects of a dispute; and clarification of the responsibilities of each party. The video is available in a CD-ROM version as well.
