(a) Where to file. Petitions must be filed with the Regional Director for the region in which the unit or employee(s) affected by issues raised in the petition are located. If the unit(s) or employees are located in two or more regions of the Authority, the petitions must be filed with the Regional Director for the region in which the headquarters of the agency or activity is located. (b) Number of copies. An original and two (2) copies of the petition and the accompanying material must be filed with the Regional Director. (c) Date of filing. A petition is filed when it is received by the appropriate Regional Director.
