Visa Information Call Center FAQs

What are the hours of operations of the Visa Information Call Center?

You may call from 8:00AM to 8:00PM.

I need to schedule appointments for my whole family. Do I need a PIN code for each person?

No, you may schedule yourself and up to four additional immediate family members using the same PIN code. The cost for a PIN number is Col$36,500 for 15 minutes and Col$48,700 for 20 minutes. Purchase a PIN number for the amount of time you think you will need depending on the number of immediate family members for whom you are scheduling interviews. "Immediate family members" means: husband, wife, mother, father, and children or brother or sister under 21 years of age. Cousins, grandchildren, grandparents, aunts and uncles are not considered immediate family members. If the time runs out before you can schedule all family members, you will need to obtain a new PIN.
