Welcome

The SRTR supports the ongoing evaluation of the scientific and clinical status of solid organ transplantation in the United States. It is administered by the University Renal Research and Education Association (URREA) with the University of Michigan.

Survival on dialysis after transplantation to be presented at ASN 2004

SRTR research exploring survival on dialysis after transplantation will be presented as a plenary session discussion at the 37th annual meeting of the American Society of Nephrology October 29 through November 1 in St. Louis. SRTR investigators will present three abstracts as posters or talks at Renal Week 2004. Read more.

New Center- and OPO-specific reports published

On July 9, 2004, the SRTR published data online that helps to describe the performance of transplant centers and donation service areas through the end of 2003. Based on data available as of April 30, 2004, these reports provide statistical insights into waiting list characteristics and outcomes, donor and recipient characteristics, post-transplant graft and patient survival, and comparative regional and national data.
