GSA and Office Depot Walk-In Store Partnership

GSA customers can now shop at their nearest Office Depot superstore and still benefit from GSA's advantageous prices. GSA has partnered with Office Depot to make their stores available to GSA customers, with products at GSA prices. This service is now available through Office Depot's Contract Number GS-14F-0040K, Special Item Number 75-210, awarded under GSA's Federal Supply Service Multiple Award Schedule 75 Part II A.

In order to receive GSA pricing in U.S. retail superstores customers must first register their Government credit card with Office Depot. Once registered, customers will automatically receive GSA or store pricing (whichever is lower) at the time of the purchase. Customers can register their credit card with Office Depot by going to www.officedepot.com/links/gsa and selecting "GSA In-store Pricing" where additional registration instructions are provided online, by contacting their local account manager who will have the necessary information uploaded by Office Depot's corporate office, or by obtaining a fax form from a superstore manager and returning it to Office Depot.

Please note that only those customers who have registered their card numbers with Office Depot, in one of the ways listed above, will receive GSA schedule pricing at Office Depot superstores.
