ECA Certificate Policy v3.0
This Certificate Policy addresses the requirements for the External Certification Authorities (ECAs) that will issue certificates to Subscribers who have a need to conduct business primarily with the United States (US) Department of Defense (DoD).

ECA Key Recover Policy v1.0
One aspect of the ECA program is the ability to escrow and recover private keys from key encipherment (or key exchange) public/private key pairs.  This document describes the procedural and technical security controls that should be in place in order to operate the key escrow and recovery system securely.

ECA White Paper v1.1
This white paper describes the transition from the IECA to the ECA program.  It also provides a general overview of the IECA/ECA program.

IECA Server Certificates: Guidance for Issuing Server Certificates to DoD Vendors, dated March 2001- This document provides guidance on identifying who needs IECA server certificates, the registration procedure requirements, and the IECA server certificate profile.

IECA Certificate Profile Template - Revisions made December 2001
Revisions include the profile for IECA server certificates, as well as other modifications, which bring the IECAs in line with the DoD PKI Release 3.0.
