Q: Where is the latest version of GSAM?

Q: Where is the latest version of GSAM?
A: Available for download in our Library section. Version 3.0 is also on the Defense Acquisition Deskbook (DAD) at http://web2.deskbook.osd.mil/default.asp? as well as on the Software Technology Conference CDs since 2000.

Q: Can I get a hardcopy of GSAM?
A: We're sorry. No hardcopies are available. You may download GSAM in our Library section. Version 3.0 is also on the Defense Acquisition Deskbook (DAD) at http://web2.deskbook.osd.mil/default.asp? As well as on the Software Technology Conference CDs since 2000.

A: We're sorry. No hardcopies are available.

Q: I'm not receiving my hardcopy of CrossTalk.
A: Contact STSC Customer Service at stsc.customerservice@hill.af.mil or DSN or 801-775-5555. She'll make sure the address we have is current and suggest a possible solution.

Q: I'd like to change my address/information.
A: Contact STSC Customer Service at stsc.customerservice@hill.af.mil or DSN or 801-775-5555. Or you may fill out our online subscription form.

Q: How can I get back issues of CrossTalk?
A: Contact STSC Customer Service at stsc.customerservice@hill.af.mil or DSN or 801-775-5555.

Q: I'm unable to download the entire issue of CrossTalk.
A: The file is quite large. Try right mouse clicking on the "entire file" link, then "save target as". If this doesn't work, contact STSC Customer Service at stsc.customerservice@hill.af.mil or DSN or 801-775-5555 and she'll e-mail you the file needed.

Q: Can I reprint and/or use a CrossTalk article in a presentation?
A: Yes, as long as all original references to CrossTalk and the article are left in tact.

Q: I'm having problems downloading a tech report.
A: Contact STSC Customer Service at stsc.customerservice@hill.af.mil or DSN or 801-775-5555. She can email you the file needed.

Q: I get an error trying to print Appendix J in GSAM.
