Lower Snake River Juvenile Salmon Migration Feasibility Study
Public Meetings--
Draft Feasibility Report/Environmental Impact Statement
A series of public meetings was held during February and March 2000 to give interested parties the opportunity to learn more about the various options under consideration for salmon passage at four lower Snake River dams in the Lower Snake River Juvenile Salmon Migration Draft Feasibility Report/Environmental Impact Statement (FR/EIS). Together with this FR/EIS, the Federal Caucus' Conservation of Columbia Basin Fish All-H Paper (recovery plan) was presented.
Most meetings consisted of an open house, presentation, and a question and answser session. All participants were invited to make both written and oral comments. Public comments were limited to 3 minutes in length.
