is scheduled to be signed shortly. All CONUS VAOs canvass your command
as soon as possible to find out who needs to complete and send in
an SF-186.

Have
you registered to vote for the 2004 General Elections? If you haven't
registered to vote and would like to do so, it may not be too late.
Some states accept faxed registration and absentee ballot applications
up to the election date. The Voting Assistance Officer can help you,
your spouse and your voting age eligible dependents register to vote
and submit an absentee ballot to your state's county election commission
as quickly as possible. The 2004 General Elections are fast approaching.
