NOTE: SEER data are collected in 10 sites (CT, HI, IA, NM, UT, PR, Metro Detroit, San Francicso/ Oakland, Seattle, Atlanta); data for all other states and counties are derived by multiplying age-race- gender-year specific US rates by their populations (i.e., indirect standardization) to derive expected values.
