The Agricultural Research Service in Beltsville, Maryland is committed to establishing and maintaining a diverse workforce where everyone is accepted, encouraged and respected "because of" their differences.
Dr. Phyllis Johnson, Area Director, established the Workplace Diversity Task Force to identify and eliminate barriers that may restrict diversity when recruiting, training, promoting and soliciting nominations for awards.
