This comprehensive overview provides a useful introduction to BRFSS and includes information on history of BRFSS, survey techniques, data use, and more.  It is intended as an orientation to the surveillance program for both survey personnel and the general public.

This is an interactive, online version of the User's Guide. It includes information on the processes of the BRFSS, survey protocol, BRFSS calendar, staffing, questionnaire development, survey methodology, data collection and management, quality assurance, funding, data use and promotion, and reference material.
