The CDFI Fund Online HelpDesk has a new name (“CIMS”) and a new location.

The “helpdesk” is now known as the CDFI Fund Information and Mapping System (CIMS). Please follow these steps to access CIMS:

  • Print this screen for reference.
  • Visit http://www.cdfifund.gov
  • Log in to myCDFIFund. If you do not have a myCDFIFund account, please register using the “Register New User” service provided. myCDFIFund is a free service offered by the CDFI Fund.
  • Upon logging in to myCDFIFund, select “Access myCDFI Organization” from the menu provided.
  • Enter your organization’s EIN at the prompt and click “Login.”
  • Click the “Mapping” tab on the main page to enter CIMS.
  • Please notice, there is a tutorial provided for both myCDFIFund and CIMS
    • To access the tutorial for myCDFIFund, simply click on "Help." Links to the Help section can be found on the log-in pages as well as at the top of every page within myCDFIFund.
    • To access the tutorial for CIMS, click on the following text, located in the middle of the screen, after you click on the Mapping Tab:

Note: If you are not associated with an organization and do not have access to an EIN, you may download the list of tracts or counties indicating whether they qualify under one of the CDFI Fund's programs by clicking here.
