Bellingham Town Common Wetlands Restoration Project is being implemented by the Bellingham Conservation Commission in this Charles River watershed site. The USEPA, NRCS, NMFS, USDOT and USACE are providing technical assistance to this WRBP Project. Although the project site includes wetland areas filled by roadway runoff sediment, recent evaluations by the Bellingham?s consultant suggest that there may be unforeseen complications in achieving project goals. The overall feasibility of the project is presently being re-evaluated by WRBP and NERIT staff.
