Location: COLUMBIA RIVER BASIN basin, including sites listed below.
COLUMBIA RIVER BASIN, RICHLAND.

Summary Description: Produce a comprehensive technical document that describes the potential benefits and impacts of operational measures that affect the survival of upstream migrant adult salmonids in the Columbia Basin.

Background: Provide objective analysis of all fates of adult salmon (ESA stocks) during upstream migration to spawning sites. To be used as technical appendix to BPA's Conservation Plan.
