Summary Description: Continue stocking rainbow trout into Sheep Creek and Mt. View Reservoirs on the Duck Valley Indian Reservation and continue monitoring.

Background: The Fish Socking Program for the Duck Vallley Indian Reservation was begun in 1988. The tribes have stocked fish in Mt. View Reservoir and Sheep Creek Reservoir for the past 10 years. Little data has been collected on this effort and such is needed to improve the program.

Milestones: Contract 1999BI17220 for $215,000 was issued in 1999. Continue stocking rainbow trout into Sheep Creek and Mt. View Reservoirs on the Duck Valley Indian Reservation. The Tribes will continue to improve the fisheries of the Reservation by stocking fish annually along with monitoring the stocking rates, biological indices, and return-to-the-creel for both Mt. View and Sheep Creek reservoirs.
