Army completes investigations into detainee deaths in Afghanistan
WASHINGTON (Army News Service, Oct. 14, 2004) -- The Army Criminal Investigation Command has completed its reports of investigation into the deaths of two detainees under U.S. custody in Afghanistan in December 2002.
 
More fixes to reserve pay issues on the way
WASHINGTON (Army News Service, Oct. 14, 2004) -- A new pay system on the way should make pay for mobilized Army Reserve and National Guard Soldiers more timely and accurate.
 
Army completes investigations of deaths at Bagram and forwards to respective commanders for action
The U. S. Army Criminal Investigation Command has completed and forwarded its reports of investigation in the deaths of two detainees under U. S. custody in Afghanistan in December 2002 to commanders for possible action against Soldiers deemed appropriate. The investigations began immediately following the deaths, which occurred at the Bagram Control Point, Bagram, Afghanistan, on December 4 and 10, 2002. These deaths have been the subject of several media reports, first reported in March 2003.
