Meeting the Challenges of Food Safety and Trade

  • The First World Congress on Food Irradiation will take place May 5-7, 2003, at McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Elsa Murano, USDA Under Secretary For Food Safety, will be the keynote speaker. The National Food Safety & Toxicology Center, Michigan State University, has provided a Web site about the Congress at  http://www.foodsafe.msu.edu/Congress/congress.html
