Help Desk provides technical assistance to emerging and mid-career
choreographers.

Writer's Chronicle and the AWP Job List, continued
development of the AWP Web site, and the 2003 AWP Conference in
Chicago, Illinois. AWP will promote the publications and its annual
conference through a 200,000-piece direct mail campaign.

publishers. Scheduled activities include an interactive Web site, a
national conference and an updated publication of the Directory

To support the Audience Access Project, providing guidance on how
to reach target audiences to literary organizations, presenters,
publishers and writers in California. The organization will provide
outlets for promotion on its Web site and Poetry Flash, a
free tabloid of event listings, readings, workshops and calls for
submissions.

To support the use of technology to deliver services and online
learning by building a virtual arts administration portal in New
York State. The project will include the continued development of
interactive Web-based tools, online course learning and

consultants to facilitate the development of arts-related
entrepreneurial ventures for Bronx-based arts groups to explore

Managing Change. Arts organizations from throughout the county will

Network (PAN). Through PAN, the SCAA proposes to develop and

and production costs during the 30th annual International
Association of Jazz Education (IAJE) Conference and Music Festival.
The January 2004 conference will be held in New York City.

To support a national conference on occupational safety and injury
prevention for musicians, to be hosted jointly by the University of
North Texas at Denton and the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort
Worth. The goal of the project, using
consensus-building methodology, will be the development of an

Schools of Music (NASM) member organizations.

presenting field. Arts Presenters will augment services at the
Emerging Leadership Institute and its Winter Institute and Members'
Conference, as well as initiate research and program design to
address issues of board training.

of the Western Alliance's administration and service provision.
Through a database-driven Web site, WAA will make its services more

held in Philadelphia, PA in April of 2003, will encourage critical

input from more than 130 member theaters, this project will
maximize the League's marketing and support services by retooling
its Web site, publication and conference.

To support the 14th Biennial National Conference. The largest
national gathering of not-for-profit theater professionals, this
conference will celebrate the achievements of the field and explore
how theater is changing and evolving today.
