WANTED: Georgia Engineering and
Construction Firms Interested in South Africa

Washington, D.C. - (May 1, 2000) Everyone in business cites the value of looking for opportunities overseas. The U.S. Trade and Development Agency is providing a unique opportunity for area engineering and construction companies to meet with similar South African companies interested in teaming with U.S. companies to compete for internationally tendered infrastructure projects in South and Southern Africa.
Atlanta is the 1st stop for the ten, qualified South African business representatives seeking to form strategic partnerships. The delegation's range of expertise includes highways/toll roads, tunnels and bridges, ports/airports, waste water treatment; as well as telecommunications and project management
experience.
