Understanding & Improving Health (second edition) - This short volume explains the history of Healthy People 2010 and the overall Healthy People initiative, the model on which Healthy People is based, how to use Healthy People as a systematic approach to health improvement, and the Leading Health Indicators. Healthy People 2010 (second edition, in two volumes) - This edition of Healthy People 2010 supercedes the January 2000 conference edition. Most objectives are unchanged, but some have been reworded. Editorial changes and new data have been added to certain objectives. Updates to baselines and population group data tables may have resulted in revisions to the targets. Additionally, a few developmental objectives are now measurable. This two-volume set will be available for sale from the Government Printing Office (202) 512-1800. Tracking Healthy People 2010 - This statistical compendium provides information on measuring the objectives, technical notes, and operational definitions.
