A large business is one that is not considered small based on the Small Business Administration's (SBA) size standards. Large businesses are encouraged to meet the OSDBU to discuss HUD subcontracting policies, contractor goal statements and preparing and submitting Standard Forms 294 and 295 (subcontracting reports). The OSDBU also assists large businesses with finding qualified small businesses to use as subcontractors, as well as, match large businesses as subcontractors to small businesses.
