- DD Form 1540, Registration for
Scientific and Technical Information Services, serves as DTIC's
registration form. Each application identifies a person who is
responsible for communicating with DTIC®.
This person must be both eligible and authorized to receive the
information requested. Products and services ordered from DTIC
shall always be addressed to this individual.
NOTE: Most applicants for unclassified service may
register online at http://www.dtic.mil/dtic/registration/index.html
and do not require a DD Form 1540.
