NO FEAR Act

 The NO FEAR Act - (P.L. 107-174) - requires accountability of Federal Agencies for violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws.

The NO FEAR Act requires the Railroad Retirement Board to post statistical information concerning complaints of employment discrimination.
