EarthSat TM*
Earthsat GeoCover Landsat Thematic Mapping data were compiled through NASA's Commercial Remote Sensing Program, which is a cooperative effort between NASA and the commercial remote sensing community to provide users with access to quality-screened, high-resolution satellite images with global coverage over the Earth's land masses.

Earth Observing 1 (EO-1)*
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration EO-1 satellite was launched on November 21, 2000 as part of a one-year technology validation/demonstration mission. The Advanced Land Imager (ALI) instrument on EO-1 was used to validate and demonstrate technology for the Landsat Data Continuity Mission (LDCM).

Landsat Data Continuity Mission*
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) are working together on the next mission in the Landsat series, called the LDCM
