DTIC managed the Small Business Interactive Topic Information System (SITIS) and the STTR-SITIS system from FY95 through FY04 as a service to the DoD and the small business community. DTIC posted queries from small businesses and the corresponding answers from topic authors/POCs as well as many helpful reference links, technical report downloads, etc. as possible in the given timeframe for each SBIR/STTR period.
Presented here is the archived SBIR information from FY01.1 through 04.3 and the STTR information from FY02 through FY04. (see links below)
Currently, SITIS is run through the DoD SBIR site.
