News releases are generally sent by the FVAP 90 days in advance of election dates and contain critical procedural information on upcoming elections, including registration
and ballot deadlines for elections for Federal office. They are available on the FVAP Web site and are also distributed via fax, e-mail and standard mail to the military worldwide and to overseas U.S. Embassy and Consulate affairs offices of the Department of State, and to organizations, corporations and citizens outside the U.S.
