This is an open RFP. Reviews are scheduled on an ANNUAL basis. Proposals must be received on or before March 20 of each year in order to be included in the ANNUAL reviews. Proposals received after March 20 will be held until the next ANNUAL review. Proposals for furnishing the supplies and/or services in THE SCHEDULE will be received at the place specified in and in the number or copies specified in ATTACHMENT #5 (Packaging and Delivery of Proposal) until 3:00 P.M. EST.
