About The SSA Rulemaking Forum
If you are a first-time user of the forum, we invite you to read the How To Navigate The Rulemaking Databases and How To Submit Comments links at the bottom.
We developed this forum to give you a simple, faster, more-convenient way to submit comments about proposed rule changes to our regulations. You may comment at any time, or simply read what others are saying. Once the proposed changes are published in the Federal Register, we'll open up the forum for 60 days. For each proposed change, we'll be sure to let you know how many days are left in the public comment period so that you may comment before the period ends.
This forum is open just for your comments. SSA officials will not be participating in this open forum. You are encouraged to bookmark this site, so you can come and go as often as you like.
