CM/ECF Unavailable
CM/ECF and all related services (VCIS, PACER, etc) will be
unavailable for two hours beginning at 10:00 PM on Tuesday,
October 5.

On Monday, October 11, the clerk's office will be closed
at all three offices in Tyler, Plano and Beaumont. All automated
information services should be available.

CM/ECF and all related services (VCIS, PACER, etc) will be

While we anticipate only an hour or two of down time, please
plan for CM/ECF to be down until 8:00 A.M. Friday, October 1.

Judge for the Eastern District of Texas, Fifth Circuit, is
accepting applications for the position of Term Law Clerk
(minimum two years) in the Plano, Texas chambers. For more

Chapter 13 Trustee Vacancy
The Office of the United States Trustee is seeking resumes from
persons wishing to be considered for appointment as a standing
trustee to administer cases filed under chapter 13 of the
bankruptcy code. The appointment is for cases filed in the
United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of
Texas, Beaumont and Tyler divisions. For more information,

VCIS, the Voice Case Information System, will be out of service until at least
Thursday, July 8, due to a hardware failure. UPDATE: The VCIS 1-800 number
has been redirected and is working correctly.
