Our mission is to educate the Congress and to serve the needs of the OPM Director, the Administration, and the Congress, we educate, respond, interact, and advice
We accomplish our mission by:
- Planning, coordinating, and directing a comprehensive effort to inform Congress of the President's and Director's goals, plans, and activities that have a bearing on proposed or desired legislation.
- Counseling and advising the Director and other OPM officials on Congressional relations matters
- Developing strategies for achieving the President's agenda and OPM's legislative program
