For groups of three or more registering at the same time from the same organization, the third and subsequent registrants qualify for a 25% discount. Discount will be applied at the time of registration. | |

To be included on the Update 2004 Attendee List, BIS must receive your registration on or before September 24, 2004. | |
Cancellations |
Should you be unable to attend, a refund, less an administrative charge, will be made for cancellations made on or before September 27, 2004. No refunds are available after September 27, 2004. You may transfer your registration to another member of your organization at any time. | |
