HIGHLIGHTS

 

MILITARY CONSTRUCTION:

$5.5 billion  (55% of total bill), including:

$4.5 billion for Active Duty construction

$945 million for Guard and Reserve construction

 

FAMILY HOUSING:

$4.0 billion (40% of total bill), including:

 

OTHER:

$489 million (5% of total bill), including:

$161 million for NATO Security Investment Program

$246 million for base realignment and closure activities (in addition to $115 million in estimated Navy land sale revenues), providing for $321 million in environmental cleanup and $40 million for operations and maintenance

$82 million for Chemical Demilitarization Construction
