The Deployment Health Clinical Center is committed to developing, assisting, implementing, and sustaining a continuing medical education program to improve post-deployment health care. Our vision includes a method for identifying quality training and education opportunities and broadly disseminating that information. Educational opportunities include conferences, seminars, workshops, and other training events to build clinical practice skills. In addition, research forms the basis for evidence-based practice. Opportunities that both identify cutting-edge research and translate that research into practice are of value to our military health care providers, previously deployed service members, and others with deployment-related concerns.
