  • Consult with, learn from and teach other clinicians providing post-deployment health care.

  • Develop and implement clinical practice guidelines pertaining to post-deployment care.

  • Provide specialized care for veterans with persistent health concerns or potentially military related exposures after deployment.

  • Collaborate with the VA to establish the congressionally mandated clinical center for war-related illnesses.

  • Assist unit commanders and leaders with deployment health risks and post-deployment health care.

Our Approach

Collaborative, intensive and accessible, offering multi-disciplinary treatment from a team of skilled professionals, including:

  • A Physical team - consisting of a physical therapist, an occupational therapist and a fitness trainer

  • A Medical team - consisting of an internist, a dietitian, a rehab medicine doctor, and other specialists

  • A Psychosocial team - consisting of a psychologist, a social worker and a psychiatrist

  • A consulting chaplain

Our Goals

To join with veterans, their families and their providers in an effort to find answers, improve health care and enhance quality of life after military deployments.
