NASA/DFRC plans to issue a Invitation for Bids (IFB) for REHAB & MODIFY 35KV PRIMARY ELECTRICAL FEEDER TO DRYDEN FLIGHT RESEARCH CENTER.
The order of magnitude for the procurement is between 1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and the effort shall be completed within 180 calendar days after notice to proceed.
This procurement is a hub-zone competition. See Note 1.
This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
The NAICS Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 237130.
The anticipated release date of the IFB-NND04AA18 is on or about Nov 17, 2003 with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about Dec 17, 2003.
The firm date for receipt of bids or proposals will be stated in the IFB-NND04AA18. Drawings will be available by submitting a request in writing to Sally L. Saunders, NASA Dryden Flight Research Center, P.O. Box 273, Mail Stop 1505, Edwards, CA 93524.
All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
