This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Electrochemical Analysis System, 1-LAS-45371 which was posted on January 28, 2004. You are notified that the following changes are made:

Attachment 3 to the solicitation entitled Submitting Technical Literature is revised and the revised copy is attached. Changes to Attachment 3 are identified by a vertical bar in the right margin. Also, the due date for responses is extended to February 12, 2004, 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
