This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V;) of Software Services, which was posted on February 18, 2004. You are notified that the following changes are made: NASA/GSFC intends to issue a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Draft Request for Proposal (RFP).

The due date for responses is not extended.
