Attendance at the presolicitation conference is recommended; however, attendance is neither required nor a prerequisite for proposal submission and will not be considered in the evaluation.
To allow time for requesting Visitor (US Citizen only) badges, please email the names and company affiliation of the preproposal conference attendees to Wendy Takeguchi at wtakeguchi@mail.arc.nasa.gov, NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS April 20, 2004.
Portions of the conference will include a fair amount of walking. Please dress appropriately.
