This is a modification to Sources Sought Synopsis No. SS-NTTS-L30 entitled "NASA Technology Transfer Systems (NTTS) Services", which was posted on January 7, 2004. You are notified that this procurement has been delayed, and no further activity will take place before September 2004. The individuals named in the original Sources Sought Synopsis, Carl T. Weih and Dianne L. Cheek, will no longer be involved in this procurement. New technical and procurement personnel will not be assigned until September 2004. The current contract for these services runs through April 30, 2005.
